Strength Training
Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned lifter, our strength sessions are designed to help you build a solid foundation of strength. Sessions are carefully structured and include a combination of compound and isolated movements. Our structure is periodised and progressive over time.
Conditioning
Think battle ropes, dead balls, ski erg, tire flips, rowing, burpees and more! These fast pace, high energy workouts are designed to improve fitness, strength & endurance.
Boxing
Unleash your inner warrior in our high-energy boxing sessions. Appreciate and be mindful around being present in the moment, learning a new skill and having fun while building up a good sweat!
Recovery

We understand the importance of rest and rejuvenation in any fitness journey. Unlock your body with a combination of trigger point and myofascial release techniques and dynamic stretching. Finish of with a ice/sauna contrast to help restore, relax and recover.
